Grant of License: This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software, applications, and services ("Software") provided by Saanvi.us, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Software, or reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent that such activities are expressly permitted by applicable law.
Ownership: Saanvi.us retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, and no title to or ownership of the Software is transferred to you under this Agreement.
Termination: This Agreement will terminate immediately upon your breach of any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession or control.
Disclaimer of Warranties: The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Saanvi.us does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Saanvi.us be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) arising in any way out of the use of the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [insert state], without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Saanvi.us with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Saanvi.us.
Amendments: Saanvi.us may amend this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on its website. Your continued use of the Software after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
